In a safe environment, I will help you regain inner peace, develop new perspectives and discover your own resources - step by step and at your own pace.

My name is Christa Hadorn. I grew up in the beautiful region of Thun and have been a passionate exercise and nature lover for many years. My faithful companion is my German shepherd Lennox, with whom I am out and about every day - including during our coaching and therapy sessions in nature.
